Finding a suitable commercial, retail, office or light industrial property in Andover, Ludgershall, Whitchurch or Tidworth

According to Estates Gazette, whatever type of property you are looking for: retail, office, research and development, or warehousing, start your search six weeks prior to the time you need to move in as this is roughly the period they are put on the market before they are able to be let.
Once you have begun, make the following considerations:
  • Connectivity for roads, rail and airport. Know what the travel needs of staff are going to be, as a location that alienates key employees will lead to a poor long term result.
  • Broadband capacity (fibre optics?)

  • Find a project manager to ensure the preferred space is capable of delivering the working environment required and that there are no services or building condition issues likely to impair the building.
